Russia's war in Ukraine

 the war in Ukraine is an illegal aggressive war 

It is in violation of the UN Charter and the Rome statute of the INternational Criminal Court

the violations of the Un Charter that russia hs committed in Ukraine is absolutely harsh

the rules of war in Ukraine are being violated in international humanitarian alw

the International criminal court has been staging jurisdiction over uKraine

the rome statute must be enforced 

the International Court of Justice has agreed that the war is in violation of the un Charter and the rules of the mulitlateral diplomacy such as the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic relations

The war in Donbass does not support these republics as war does not allow economic development in the region

no more violations of the rules of war

there must be a pacific solution to the conflict

Ukraine War

 russia engaged in an aggressive illegal war in violation of the Ukrainian soverenignty 

RUssia will use the responsibility to protect argument but it is a lousy argument

The responsibility to protect was first postulated by the International commission on intervention and State soverenignty which states "if a state cannot protect its' citizens from genocide war crimes crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression the international community must step in" this stepping in could include sanctions, blockades and in the worst case armed intervention 

Russia is claiming that the Luhansk and Donetsk Peoples' Republics are protecting russian citizens and russian speakers in the Donbass region

Ukraine considers them part of their sovereignty 

However we also must acknowledge the evolution of the area post Soviet Union collapse THe soviet union collapsed on December 26,1991 and dissolved into 15 seperate states Ukraine and Russia were two of them 

Many countries in the soc alled Iron Curtain flipped to teh West and became members of Nato and the european Union Ukraine has to make a similiar decision

Does it support rusisa or the eu and/or nato

Russia is afraid that NATO might threaten Russia';s hegemony over the Eastern states and felt for its own security to invade 

However there are ways to solve this conflict rather then war 

the International Court of Justice is the obvious place to go 

The Internatioanl Court of Justice is the top UN Court which settles disputes between nations 

it's in located in The Hague in the Netherlands 

the obvious case that could be brought will betame the Situation in Donbass and the cases of the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination and the Convention on Maritime law 

THe International Court of Justice could give an opinion on the situation 

the International Criminal Court also in the Hague could give an opinion

The International Crimianl Court where i Currently work prosecutes individuals for genocide, war crimes crimes against humanity and aggression It is based ont eh Rome Statute, a statute signed unsurpinsigly in Rome on July 17,1998 and entered into force on July 1,2002 

In fact the International Criminal court is looking at violatiosn of international humanitarian alw and the violations therin

there are two major branchs of INternational humanitarian law, the geneva conventions and the Hague COnventions

the geneva conventiosn consist of 4 treaties concering soldiers (1864) sailors (1906) prisoners of war (1929) and civilians (1949) 

the Hague Conventions which were ratified in 1899 and 1907 spells out the rules of war

 International humanitarian law is the law of war 

It consits of four geneva COnverntions of 1864,1906,1929 and 1949 and additional protoocls of 1977 and 2005 

The first geneva convention of 1864 spells out the rights of soldiers

the Second geneva conventiuon of 1906 spells out the rights of maritime soldiers

the third geneva convention of 1929 spells out the rights of prisoners of war

the fourth geneva convention fo 1949 spells out the rights of civilians 

then the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907 

which spells out the rule sof war 

The organizationt that enforces the Rules of war is the International Committee of the Red Cross and hte International Criminal Court

the International Criminal Court has jurisdiction of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and aggression committed after July 1,2002 (when the Rome statute went into effect) 

the International Committee of the Red Cross also maintains vigil of international humanitarian law and has wons everla nobel peace prizes from 1901,1917,1944 and 1963

Coalition for Peace and Good Government in Africa

 here I describe my plan to star t a an new nego called the Coalition for peace and Good Governmetn in Africa 

It is myc razy scheme to enforce the African human rights ysstem

The Maputo protocol signed in the Mozambican capital spells out the rights of women This is near and ear to my heart because this is how i defend my malawian girlfriend/finace/wife Precious Chasowa

She is a photographer from johannesburg univeristy in South Africa 

She can also help me in providng the burden of proof for the International Criminal Court 

Sabina Carlson stupid assignment of putting omar al bashir inprison for the darfur genocide

so I concoted a plan to put this asshole in prison 

1. get a masters degree  In international human rights law

2. international human rights law

3. learn the rome statute

4. learn the six un languages 

Once omar al bashir is in prison I plan to move to South Africa and start my NGo

I will have to travel to teh African Commission on peoples andHuman Rights and apply for observer statuts 

I am also looking for people to enforce the African human rights system

As of writing htis on march 6,2022 i have Nakiwe Simpugne and Moses Wiseman 

I taught Nakiwe Arabic French and Portuguese so she can communicate in teh four AU Languages Arabic English French and Portuguese and work with African Union institutions, The African Commission oN peoples and Human Rights, Athe african Court of Peoples and Human rights, the Pan African Parliament, The Council fo Ministers and the African Cout of Justice and possibly the African Central Bank 

These afromenetioned institutions will give me the chance to enforce the african human rights systme
